Contests and Awards
The Poetry Center sponsors the Allen Ginsberg Poetry Awards for single poems, the Paterson Poetry Award for a poetry book, and the Paterson Prize for Books for Young People.
The Poetry Center at PCCC is funded, in part, by a grant from the New Jersey State Council on the Arts/Department of State, a partner agency of the National Endowment for the Arts. Additional support provided by the Alin Papazian Poetry Center Memorial Fund, an endowment established by Albert Papazian in memory of his wife, a long-time employee of the Center.
